From 0 to 400 - Carinthian car tech start-up expands cooperation with Hella Gutmann in Scandinavia

More than 4000 garages in Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Switzerland are already users of the online platform oe service. Now the car tech start-up is expanding its cooperation with Hella Gutmann Solutions (HGS) and is providing the service also for the Scandinavian customers of the German diagnostics specialist. 

Successful launch on the Scandinavian market

oe service and Hella Gutmann have already been cooperating successfully in the DACH market for over 2 years. With macsDIA, HGS offers garages a digital service assistant for the jacket pocket. This gives them direct access to OE-compliant digital inspection plans, manuals and data, photo and video documentation and modern communication with the customer. oe service supports garages with its online platform oe service in accessing the digital service book.

Now the two partners have decided to extend the strategic cooperation to four Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland).

The first 400 Scandinavian users are already registered

The decision to expand the cooperation internationally was taken already at the end of 2021. The first 400 users are already registered. "We have done a lot of preparatory work in the last few months. Until now, our service was only available in German. For a successful start in the Scandinavian market, all processes and data had to be adapted. That was a lot of work, and my team and our partner did a great job", says the founder and CEO of oe service, Janos Juvan.

Lars Thomsen, Managing Director at Hella Gutmann Solutions, is also pleased about the extended cooperation: "Thanks to the entries in digital vehicle service booklets, the cooperation between HGS and oe service ensures the further expansion of the digital service flow in garages.
