Already more than 4000 workshops in Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Switzerland are users of the online platform oe service. Now the car tech startup is expanding its collaboration with Hella Gutmann Solutions (HGS) and taking over service for Scandinavian customers of the German diagnostics specialist as well.

Successful start on the Scandinavian market

oe service and Hella Gutmann have already been cooperating successfully in the DACH market for over 2 years. With macsDIA, HGS offers workshops a digital service assistant for your jacket pocket. This gives them direct access to OE-compliant digital inspection plans, manuals and data, photo or video documentation and modern communication with the customer. oe service supports workshops in accessing the digital service booklet with its online platform oe service. The team takes over the registration on all manufacturer portals, the administration of the user data as well as the execution of the original entries with the manufacturer. Thanks to oe service, garages using macsDIA from Hella Gutmann can also implement the digital service entry very quickly and easily.

Now the two partners have decided to extend the strategic cooperation to four Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland).

The first 400 Scandinavian users have already been registered

As early as the end of 2021, the decision was made to expand cooperation internationally. The first 400 users are already registered. “We have done a lot of preliminary work in the last few months. Until now, our service was only available in German. For a successful start in the Scandinavian market, all processes and data had to be adapted. That was a lot of work, which my team and our partner did a great job of.”says the founder and CEO of oe service, Janos Juvan.

Lars Thomsen, Managing Director at Hella Gutmann Solutions, is also pleased about the extended cooperation: “Through the entries in digital vehicle service booklets, the cooperation between HGS and oe service ensures the further expansion of the digital service flow in workshops. For HGS, the strategic cooperation means a plus for the scalability of our digital product macsDIA, which is in high demand. We would not be able to provide services such as the OE service book entries ourselves on such an increasing scale. Thus, the cooperation with OE Service is a very good constellation for the further expansion of macsDIA.”
